Portland??

So I ran 16 miles this morning in the most miserable of conditions, hot and extremely humid. And somehow I survived it, and then decided I enjoy this kind of torture and would like more of it! So I am wanting to do the Portalnd marathon on October 5th, the only thing keeping me from committing right now is the money. Just for me and Stan to go to Portland for 2 days is going to cost a fortune! So I am still debating it, but if anyone out there wants to help finance this let me know!!! Otherwise, I am planning on a 12 mile run this next weekend and then we hit 18, I am hoping for some cool front to hit unexpectedly and bring temps down to the 90's but we'll see.....
