Potty Training-Day 1

So I decided that it's time for Austin to be a big boy and start using the potty. I have been changing diapers everyday for 3 years and 8 months now and I need a break (with double diaper duty for 2 years of that). Plus Austin's preschool requires potty training to be in progress in order to attend for his age group. So today was day one and while we had one success (not his first time to go in the potty, but his first since I started trying to train him seriously), we had a ton of misses, I think he peed at least thirty times today. So we are staying at home for the next few days to really get him started. We shall see...... He is my Everest.
