Hidden Fees

Now when I signed the kids up for preschool, they were pretty upfront about how much tuition would be. They even told me about those supply fees and other charges that I would be responsible for. But what they didn't tell me is that there are all kinds of astronomically high hidden fees associated with preschool. Take this morning for example. I went on a trip to Walmart and Target by myself after dropping the kids off. I found myself in no hurry, looking down all kinds of aisles I had never ventured down before. I found myself being able to look at items and find all kinds of things that I never knew were available to me before. Because, let's face it, before I would get what we needed, grab a few extras, and run for the checkout before one of the kids would have a meltdown. Even at that, I rarely succeeded. But now, I come home with all kinds of extras from Halloween goods to art and crafts items to clearanced items. So preschool doesn't just cost tuition and fees, there are tons of hidden fees associated with shopping alone that are hard on a budget!
