Happy Halloween!

The kids were super excited all day about going trick or treating this year. We decided to hand out candy until about 7:30 when we would take the kids out. Well at 7, the kids could wait no longer and we hadn't had a trick or treater yet so we darkened house and headed out. The kids did about 5 houses last year, but this year they were completely into it. We went around a few streets and even found a house handing out full size candy bars! We finally got the kids back in the house around 8 and let them both have one piece of candy. The had so much fun this year and lucky for us they have forgotten about all the candy the got this week. Unfortunately for mommy and daddy, we have been eating it all. Tis the holiday eating season has begun! We did not take any pictures tonight, it was hard enough to tote them around, plus Castle, plus keep from yelling at the obvious high schoolers trick or treating without costumes with grocery sacks for candy. All in all a great experience!
