November catchup

Since I am so behind on blogging these days, I thought I would do a quick catchup! First, we have Austin's Preschool Music Program below. I am so impressed that he actually sang and participated this time. 7th time is a charm!

Novemeber also was filled with wonderful Thanksgiving celebrations, the 8 mile turkey trot, a horrible 18.6 mile training run, a garage sale, and lots of other events that I forgot to take pictures of :)

Soccer wrapup

The Blue Warriors and Bulldogs wrapped up their soccer seasons this weekend. Katie is getting better and better every year and Austin......well he's just starting :) Chase is a great spectator and has his own love for soccer and spends most games kicking the ball around on the sideline.

It's finally time for footed pajamas in the Hensley house!! I wanted a pic of the three of them.....but this is how kids are :)

What do you get when you combine a chicken, ironman, and a fairy princess??? Boat loads of candy :)

Trunk or Treat

On this very windy and warm day, we dressed up the kiddies for a trunk or treat event at our church. Austin has a different superhero costume for each event (from his dressup bin) so he chose Spiderman first. Katie pie decided on a generic princess-y dress with her sparkly shoes that you can't see. Chase has a plush costume that we had to switch because of the heat, so he became a soccer player and had a blast kicking around the ball all over the place :)

Family trip to the Arboretum

To celebrate my sister's birthday, we went down for lunch at the Dixie House followed by a trip to see the pumpkins again at the Arboretum. It was really crowded though so it was hard to get good pictures.......well that and the fact that the kids are at a really fun age to get all 5 (or even my own 3) to looks at the same camera and smile at the same time!

Pumpkin days

I love October!!! We headed to the Arboretum for a short pumpkin picture shoot today. The kids didn't do too bad, but we are going to head back again soon dressed for some family shots. I super love pumpkins and fall and everything related!!!
