2nd time out

Yes we tortured the kids and let them play outside when the wind chill was below 0 degrees!! Chase was eating all the snow, that is why his face is so red......don't worry they didn't stay out too long but in Texas you embrace all the snow you can get!!!

SNOW!!

Finally we got our snow for the season! We missed the first snow when we were in Disneyworld so I was so excited that at the end of the ice storm came beautiful fluffy white snow! Here are the pics from the 1st time we went out:

Ice Storm

What gets you 4 days off of school? A thick sheet of ice covering the entire DFW metroplex!!! We were completely trapped indoors during that time and it was too slippery to even go out. We tried the first day, as the pictures show below, when it was a blustery 14 degrees outside!!!! No one really enjoyed this!

Bounce House

The cold winter brings boredom and being stuck inside the house. So we brought in the bounce house and had some bouncing fun!

Coming Home

Coming home from vacation is always hard to do, but at least we had our little baby boy to come home to. We missed him so much over those 6 days!!!

Disneyworld!

If you want to see our Disneyworld vacation in pictures, check out Facebook because I just don't have the effort to repost all of those!! We had a blast!! We went to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, ran 39.3 miles, spent some time in urgent care, battled food poisoning and overall had the most magical 6 days money can buy!!! We can't wait to do this again!!!
